Miranda George-Arthur is a Digital Transformation Strategist with over a decade of experience bridging technology, education, and community development. She has held roles spanning school IT maintenance for the Ministry of Education, librarianship at the Seeds Resource Centre, digital literacy instruction at the University of the District of Columbia, M&E for a U.S. Department of State regional initiative, and social entrepreneurship.
As President & PRO of the Ferness Foundation, she leads community initiatives including Jazz Meets Kwéyòl, toy drives, and back-to-school programmes. In 2026, Techtronknights delivered customer service and digital literacy training with the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force Custodians of the King's Trust Training Team, a volunteer initiative aligned with the enterprise's community mission.
She was invited to present at the Global Cooperation and Training Framework (GCTF) workshop co-hosted by Taiwan, the United States, and Saint Lucia, sharing insights on women's empowerment in the digital age. She also served on the interview panel for YLAI Fellow selection in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Barbados.

How We Got Here
Miranda begins as a tutor and receptionist at Intec Comp Career Center delivering beginner IT courses. Moves through roles at Solar Connections, Fenix Group Inc., and MAS E-Learning — building a decade of technical, administrative, and educational experience.
Launched in Laborie, Saint Lucia. From day one, Techtronknights serves students, schools, and small businesses with printing, design, and IT support — powered by Miranda's hands-on community knowledge.
Miranda becomes Secretary & PRO of the Ferness Foundation, leading Jazz Meets Kwéyòl, toy drives, and back-to-school programmes. Presents at the Global Cooperation and Training Framework (GCTF) workshop co-hosted by Taiwan, U.S., and Saint Lucia. Techtronknights begins delivering structured training programmes for schools and organisations across Southern Saint Lucia.
Miranda becomes a YLAI Fellow with the U.S. Department of State — a 6-week fellowship in Washington, D.C. Techtronknights receives the Technology & Innovation Impact Award at the Anita James Social Impact Awards. Miranda joins Youth Economy Agency as a mentor and begins Digital Literacy instruction at the University of the District of Columbia. Seeds Resource Centre librarian role, transforming the centre into a fully functional digital library.
Miranda becomes Zoho Consulting Partner for Saint Lucia. Co-Director of Startup Huddle Saint Lucia. M&E Specialist role begins at BizConnect Caribbean for a U.S. Department of State regional initiative. Business framework formalised. Miranda becomes President & PRO of Ferness Foundation.
17 entrepreneurs complete the Tech-Enabled Growth Lab in April 2026 — 100% digital system adoption. Techtronknights delivers training with the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force. Miranda completes the United People Global (UPG) Biashara Entrepreneur Programme — a global entrepreneurship certification cohort — elected by peers as Tribe Sherpa of Tribe 51 Blueprint Pioneers, on track for distinction.
